Even though we are currently enjoying the last late summer sunrays, the colourful leaves of Autumn leave no doubt: it’s time to start getting our autumn wardrobes ready! So, we consulted the Pantone Color Institute and put together the most beautiful glasses in the current trend colours for you. Enjoy!

For Autumn/Winter 2021, Pantone is focusing on mysterious shades such as burgundy, dark blue and rich green. Leatrice Eiseman, Executive Director of Pantone, explains it this way: “Offering a range of pragmatic hues infused with vivifying bright pops, colours for Autumn/Winter 2021/2022 offer a plethora of possibilities that support our lifestyle of continual reinvention and convey a promise of reemergence.” Reinvention always sounds good, because who likes to be pigeonholed forever? RED

This autumn, red is represented in all shades from bright to soft, but primarily in dark, earthy tones such as oxblood red, wine red and reddish brown.

ORANGE AND BROWN

Glasses like autumn leaves: sunny orange meets down-to-earth ochre meets warm brown nuances meets Havana.

BLUE

Autumn skies, wide rivers, shimmering raindrops: the latest shades of blue bring relaxed casualness and refreshing coolness to autumn style.

YELLOW

The Pantone trend colour 2021 is called Illuminating and is a radiant yellow. In autumn, more muted tones such as sunflower yellow, corn yellow or mustard dominate.
