Full rim frames completely enclose the lenses within the frame. For a convinced eyeglass wearer, any other frame style is ruled out, with very few exceptions. The frame is reminiscent of an inverted trapeze. Because the frame is wider at the top, the side edges narrow downwards, giving a softer look to the face.
